To clarify, Clearwater and Tarpon Springs are located south of us. Tampa is to the east. For more information about Pasco County, click here.
New Port Richey Florida
To begin with, New Port Richey FL has many subdivisions and I will be adding information about each of them. There are age and non-age restricted communities. Communities that were built in the 1960’s and brand new ones. Some condo communities are pet-restricted and allow no pets; others allow one to two small pets. Waterfront property is available and very popular.
Furthermore, condos, villas, and free-standing villas along with single-family homes can be found. Some are gated, and have pools and clubhouses.
