Highest List Price: $299,900 in SeaView Place. Built in 2008, 1,287 sf; it’s a 2 bedroom, 2 bath. View of the Gulf.

Pending Total 70 ranging from $23,000 in New Port Colony to $299,000 in SeaView Place.  (I think I see a pattern developing here).
