Holiday, FL Home Sales 2016 showed the results of the low-inventory market that is affecting Florida and the country.  This is the Single-family homes report for zip codes 34690 and 34691.

Holiday, FL., is on the west coast of Florida on the Gulf of Mexico. Just north of Tarpon Springs with it’s historic Sponge Docks.

In January, 2014  we had 214 homes on the market; 2017 has 107. Sales were lower then but the area was still rebounding and dealing with REOs and short sales. Prices were lower too.

Lowest List Price: $58,500 in Country Estates with 840 sf, built in 1966. It is a 2 Bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bath home.
Highest List Price: $799,000 in Forest Hills on Flotilla Dr. A 6 bedroom, 6.5 bath home with 5,360 sf on the Anclote River.

Pending at this time totals 98.  Ranging from $14,900 in Holiday Lake Estates to $365,000 in Key Vista.

Solds of Single Family Homes in 2016 totals 851. 
Lowest Sold: $17,000. in Beacon Square. A 2/2 with 1,052 sf built in 1967.
Highest Sold: $495,000 in Baileys Bluff. A 4/3 with 2,385 sf on the water in Anglers Cove with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. Built in 1972.
