New Port Richey is on the west coast of Florida; a bit west of Tampa. We are lucky to be just north of charming Tarpon Springs with its world-renowned Sponge Docks. Love the Greek food, music, shops, and the docks. New Port Richey has a lovely downtown area on the Pithlachascotee River. Sims Park has been renovated and it is an wonderful improvement. Many festivals are held downtown.

Sold from Jan 1 through July 31, 2019 totals 1,244.

Lowest Sold Price: $23,500 in Valencia Terrace for a 2/1 with 1,136 sf built in 1941.

Highest Sold Price: $$925,000 for 3,744 sf in Flor-A-Mar (Gulf Harbors). It is a 4/2/2(halfbaths) built in 2006.
