Lowest sold price is $27,000 in Lakewood Villas (actually homes). A 980 sf home built in 1963. Closed on 4/22/2016.
Highest sold price was a Gulf Harbors home on the Gulf of Mexico with 3,200 sf built in 2003. A 4 bedroom, 4 bath home with a dock, this home closed on 6/24/2016.

Heritage Lake Home Sales 2014  Heritage Lake is a 55+ neighborhood in New Port Richey, FL. There are both single family homes and condos available.   The HOA fees for a single family home are reasonable at $56.00/month which includes basic cable, the clubhouse and pool, and common areas.  Condo HOA fees vary depending on the section and complex.

Located in New Port Richey, it has many amenities including tennis and shuffleboard and lots of activities; dances at the clubhouse and movie nights. In general, the number of single family home sales decreased somewhat from April: 173 in  April to 139 in May; but sold prices have increased and inventory is up.
